ACRYLIC PHOTO BLOCKS

• Acrylic Photo Blocks are free-standing items as opposed to acrylic photo mounts which are wall hung. Your image is mounted onto a 30mm clear acrylic block and backed with a thin styrene sheet to protect the back of the picture. The Photo Blocks glossy transparent finish makes them a unique gift and creates a high visual impact.
•  Their translucent quality reflects and refracts light to create movement and brings the picture to life. The image appears magnified and the colours in your photos are intensified.
• We do not print directly onto the acrylic. We print the image on a photo paper and face mount the print to a 30mm thick acrylic block. Printing onto paper provides the best colour and vibrancy for your images.
• The print is included with the photo block. You can choose between a high gloss professional photo paper and a high gloss professional metallic paper. The metallic paper will enhance the 3D effect and vibrancy a bit more for most pictures and will also bring a metallic or pearlescent quality to colours.

ACRYLIC WALL MOUNTS 

• Your photo is mounted to the back of a UV resistant acrylic glass sheet, creating an airtight bond and letting you view the image through a crystal-clear glossy surface. This mounting process preserves your images from scratching and fading and creates a near 3-D stunning visual effect. It also gives the image more depth and colour saturation due to the clarity of the acrylic sheet. 
•  The image is backed with a white 2mm Dibond to add rigidity and use an aluminium sub frame to float it from the wall.
• Because of the different light penetration and refraction of acrylic glass compared to normal glass, the colours are more brilliant and the image sharper than compared to standard glass in a picture frame.
